It's not clear to me if KL is going to outsource all staff or just the catering?
If they reinvest any savings into improving the catering, I would be happy.
I wonder if KL considerrd just getting AF (or AF's supplier) to do it? The food choices in the CDG lounges are consistently fresh, tasty and varied.
Delta is also serving up some great food in its Sky Clubs lately.
There is no need for KL to reinvent the wheel.
