Yep it's kind of the same issue. I think AY is trying to use TFU (Technical Follow Up) as a fundamental design/manufacturing flaw excuse.

Dispute lodged. I asked AY when the TFU was issued but received no answer. The frame I was on was 364 days old since delivery.
