The AF/KLM lounges at YYZ & YUL have Dutch personnel in addition to some locals,and you couldn't ask for nicer or more polite people.
I was in the YYZ KL lounge just over a week ago. Their chicken curry made me ill, and the KLM agent at the desk was one of the least pleasant KLM employees I have ever met.
