Privacy and not seeing other pax are 2 different things: here indeed you won't see anyone else but you will be seen by everybody else. Also the closer to the front, the more foot passage there will be: row 2 and 3 going to bathroom or to the bar, FA bringing food/drinks to row 2 & 3 from the front galley, etc.
