Have to put in a good word for the Hilton in Cardiff, Wales. Food is average, and no alcoholic beverages available, but it has a fantastic view of the Castle and a cheerful lady named Wendy running things. The first morning I was amused by a few smudges on the floor-to-ceiling windows where some small, sticky children had apparently been staring in fascination at the Castle. Wendy cleaned them up soon after- and came through with a 3 PM check-out when we requested it.
