Tripit Pro for updates, delays, etc. Then Flight Stats to see other flight schedules and equipment changes, etc.

I also find that some of the airline apps have the best info...like United's incoming flight search info. When a plane isn't doing a turnaround to the same city, it would be hard to know the incoming flight#.
