They did indeed let 13 business seats go unused. On the plus side the flight was about a 1/3 occupied, so sleeping in a row by myself wasn't too bad. They only observed SkyTeam elite Plus benefits but no Elite. No Priority check-in, boarding, or extra baggage allowance. I could send a complaint to SkyTeam but they won't care. I'll be happy to fly Air Europa again for a bargain price, but at least now I now what I'll be dealing with. Good luck!
