correction. Is a big difference.
From "Susan Green Green" to "Susan Jane Brown" is an name change.
From "Susan Green Green" to "Susan Green" is a name
correction.
As the booking was made with a travel agent they "own" the reservation until you make the first flight.
Do not use the word "change" when talking to them.
