EU airlines by law have to allow name changes/fixes. Contact AZ directly and point out that your last name was somehow entered twice. They may charge a small fee, but they should be able to make the change. If they refer you to the OTA, explain that you've tried that, but they insist that you buy a whole new ticket despite the error being their own.
Who is AZ? If you mean Alitalia, they will not hear of it - have called twice - they INSIST they cannot do a ting and I must go through Edreams.
