Where are you flying from to?
Most(all?) do not do name changes
Most(all?) do name corrections (can be limited to a few characters)
Have you asked Alitalia, but unlikely they will touch a TA issued ticket?
I am flying London to Italy, Rome. Edreams has told me that Alitalia do not make name changes and when I call Alitalia, they just send me back to Edreams.
