I'm not sure whether it's possible to do this on the BA website, but it seems to be the default (only?) option on OTAs such as Expedia. My forthcoming TLL trips are I/Y for the Finnair legs, but domestic O from the regions to LHR.

If you wanted to do this via BA, it might be a case of pricing it with Matrix then ringing up?
