Relax. The lack of middle name is not going to be an issue. If may be that the check-in agent adds your middle name at check-in once he/she looks at your passport, but it will not be an issue. I have never used my middle name in air tickets and never had any issues.

As for the wrong dates, I can be fixed at check-in (in case anyone ever notice it). If you prefer to have it fixed draw the attention of the check-in agent to the wrong dates, and it will be fixed. No reason to deal with this now.
