This is a bit of a tricky one, in my opinion. You don't need to have your middle name in a booking, and in fact having a variation of your name Phil rather than Philip) is usually not an issue either. In all likelihood having a mixed up birthday isn't going to be a problem either, since there is no automatic reconciliation of passport name/DOB reconciliation, and the only people to actually see your passport (gate agent and immigration official) won't have access to the DOB on you ticket (in the case of the immigration official) and don't need it (in the case of the gate agent who just reconciles your name).

Nevertheless, it is something to be just a little bit concerned about. Contact the source of the ticket, whether this is a travel agent or an airline (the airline won't touch the ticket if you bought it from a TA). Try again. If this repeatedly fails, show up a bit early at the airport and have the ticket desk fix it. That should be no problem.
