The other thing that really annoys me is when AC is only selling Z fares but LH is selling P fares on the codeshares of the same AC flights. AC can usually book them over the phone, but it's silly given the TATL JV.
Agreed, totally silly. But so is the concierge and ticketing agent charging you for a fare difference from P --> Z when you try to do a SDC which is included in P but they refuse to read the app / website / AC website / try it on their computers in FAR so you have to pay $750 out of pocket for something you're entitled to.
