I find even simple AC-LH itineraries often won't work for me.
Sometimes Matrix seems to find phantom space, hence not being bookable by phone.
The other thing that really annoys me is when AC is only selling Z fares but LH is selling P fares on the codeshares of the same AC flights. AC can usually book them over the phone, but it's silly given the TATL JV.
