The lowest rate I found was Sunday only delivery for $2.90/wk for 12 weeks, less 50% off = $17.40 for 12 weeks (3 months). Of course there may be some rate difference for California service.

Are they giving you the full three months you signed up for and just taking the pro-rated amount for the past week? I'm not doubting you, I just want to know how to do it.
