As has been discussed in at least 50 other threads, that is a felony. Not only the wire fraud for defrauding DL (which is unlikely to be prosecuted even if found out), but the DHS violation which is taken seriously and for which there is some risk.
You could also figure out what it costs to buy a new ticket and rob an old lady to pay for that ticket. At least that's not likely federal time if you play it right !
