Yes, in theory you could do that but the International Terminal TSA pre-check where you'd re-enter the secure area has limited hours (6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.) and likely won't be open.
I don't think there is SkyPriority in the normal re-check area that you'd be directed to as a connecting passenger.
