Actually with the new HH reward just came out, pretty much everything is exactly 0.5 cpm on standard reward. So the 100K HH points from the Surpass is exactly worth $500.

If OP have the personal Amex SPG right now and never had the Business Amex SPG, he could get 35K SPG bonus which is better than the 100K HH points. That's what I did, I cancelled the Personal SPG and got the Business one.
