Thank you for all of your suggestions and help, sorry I don't know how to quote everyone.

canadiancow - I did just send it and 25 business days would be over a month and a half with holidays. I don't want to end up in the situation where they say, "sorry they're expired now, too bad." That long of a wait for a response is not even reasonable. The escalation was after my original post and I got that idea from reading other complaints on here.

I'm getting nervous that when I call, the people on the phone have absolutely no idea why they were purged or what happened. They've been blatantly guessing at reasons and then when I ask to talk to someone who can give me a direct answer I'm told to send an email. I just don't feel comfortable dealing with AC and am trying to get an idea of a recourse, just in case.

Unfortunately, the executor will definitely not deal with this situation so if it comes to that I'm out of luck. I hope not. Maybe I don't understand how credits work, but I thought that after the tickets were paid for, the credit is solely taken over by the person whose name is on the ticket.

I don't think legal fees work the same in Quebec because we have the consumer protection agency, but at the same time, if it comes to a credit card issue then I guess it does go back to the executor of the estate. Oh well, I guess it is what it is and I will just have to cross my fingers and hope that AC will have a heart.

I should have just taken my kids on vacation like my mom told me to
