TicketsAtWork

Looking to see if anyone has any positive/negative experiences with TicketsAtWork...

For those unaware, it's an online booking agency that an employer partners with to provide employees discounts on personal travel for hotels, amusement parks, etc... You have to be employed with one of their partners to have access to it.

Here's my two experiences so far:

1: Booked a hotel that I had to later cancel. Other than it being a PITA to find the T@W customer service phone number, it was quite easy once I called to cancel.

2: Booked another hotel (different trip). Showed up late at night and the hotel (a Best Western) had no record of my reservation and the front desk clerk had never heard of T@W, and neither had his boss when he called him late at night. Given the last open room in the hotel at rack rate. Front desk was unable to contact T@W because their customer service was closed for the night. I called their customer service the next day and they had to run it up to a supervisor who refunded the amount I paid the hotel.

So I have a trip coming up and the TicketsAtWork hotel prices would save me quite a bit, but I'm not sure if the hassle is worth it. Anyone have any positive or negative experiences?
