I have the same issue. The seat assignment on the app and aa.com agree. However, the printed BPs have different seats shown. When I went to aa.com to reprint the BPs there is a warning at the top of the page that the BP may have a different seat assignment than what is shown on the website and that the BP seat assignment is correct.
