Air Canada is holding credits for my kids hostage - I won't post why again because I put it in the other thread.
Anyway, I don't see this going anywhere with Air Canada. I keep being told to email customer relations and their email response is they'll get back to me in 25 business days.
So my question, if the escalation doesn't go anywhere, how do you go about serving Air Canada? (I live in Quebec) Or is it better to go to the media?

I'm thinking, can you even sue?. The tickets are not in your name and you did not pay for them. It also sounds like you fully do not understand what really happened. $1400 is not very much money and legal/court fee's will cost you more than the $1400. Also, if you loss, you will/could end up paying AC legal units of time.
