Oh, the note in the system is a real thing. I had once told them no SUVs or big cars. Then, they showed me the notation at another station many months later. The problem is that it is not observed as I still get big cars sometimes.

The way I view Avis is that you might not even get a car with a reservation. So, anything more is too much to expect.
