I am not sure if this is the case so someone please correct me if I am wrong. I heard that Zodiac got more orders than they could handle and the backlog got worsen when one of their plants caught fire. So they tried to rush out the orders...
I flew cx a350 last sept and saw that parts were fallen off because screws were missing. for some parts, I could see that the protective film which should be peeled off after joining, was still there. To me the seat felt like being rushed or built by inexperienced workers.
