I couldn't agree more. But not just the lying. The GM was there and knew about my difficulties...and did nothing, anyway. That doesn't speak well to the GM, either. It starts from the top...

The fact that one manager agreed to a full refund, while another then claimed he knew nothing about it, only to then not call back as promised to tell me the true adjustment, is further evidence of shyster management practices here.

I still wonder why the GM just didn't contact me directly (instea of making me contact him first) to tell me they would give me the half refund. It was poor judgment there, even.

I agree about the bar and Clink--I love them.
