I can see PDX someday getting the "Studio" version of a Centurion Lounge or maybe a "Club at PDX" for PP....but yeah, that will be awhile...for all practical purposes, unless you have AMEX and are flying DL, PP members don't have a lounge option in PDX anymore which is a bummer.
