Agreed 100%. There is a lot of criticism in this industry about Qatar Airways' Mr Al Baker and his demanding standards of manufacturers and buyer furnished equipment vendors. CX is looking very amateurish on the A350 by comparison.
CX's A350s deliveries were delayed from February to May in 2016, and they're supposed to accept them at a high rate of around 11 planes a year. CX is losing money, they can't afford delaying deliveries because the business class seats are made of poor quality. They have to take them to get lower their fuel costs and launch new routes to stay competitive. What would you do if you were in their place?
