Yep.. same experience here.. although the issue is not with the durability of the seat as there is bound to be wear and tear no matter how well made the seat is.. but the shocking thing is it seems CX maintenance aren't bothered to fix the small stuff, or the stuff just does not get reported to them to look at and rectify..
To me the shocking thing is how could CX, a 5-star airline accept such quality when they inspected the aircraft at delivery? I am sure they were all aware of them at that time.
