Of course. One may ask for anything.

Will the property? Unlikely, but that is up the Accounting Manager or whoever fills that role. The property would need to issue a credit to the original form of payment and then a debit to the new card. That is major hassle and raises all kinds of red flags, so expect a big "no".

At a minimum, I would not expect any property to touch this without seeing the physical card.
