I, too, have had weird glitches. Trying to check in a few days ago, it said 'international docs not valid' when I had flown in on the same, valid passport days before, the same passport has been in my profile for 5 years and the agent could clearly see the docs in the res. So definitely something screwy at AS IT these days.
