The new lounge is quite nice. It is fairly close to where you exit transit security, but a few forks in the road so look around.
It has a downstairs that is mainly people eating and is modestly crowded. But it also has an upstairs which is quite large and fairly empty.
Alas I did not check out shower facilities on either transit, but presume they are fine. Plenty of food choices with much more than just buffet style stuff.
On overnight TPAC flights leaving at the same time they served dinned once in the air, a snack meal if you want it, and morning breakfast.
Did not see PJs, but did not ask (I changed into my own travel clothes).
Was not offered an F upgrade on either TPAC flight, but it did not look to be a huge upgrade. So even if offered I would not pay more than $100 for it or so.
BTW, assuming you are on the same config 777 as I was, the mini cabin behind F (rows 6/7) is fairly nice. All seats have a little extra room cause of the standard reverse herringbone layout in a small cabin. And quiet with only 8 pax.
Advanced meals? Hard enough to ensure you have advanced seats. "The webiste is not great". LOL, both (us. and en.) are close to friggen useless.
