PHT and CHT both have it, free. The GH Seoul also has it, and they stick it to you for $20 USD per day. I like the GHS a lot, EXCEPT for its generally outrageous communications and transportation charges (obscene phone charges, especially LD, $90 USD for a car pick up to the airport, when you can take the bus for $10 or a black taxi for $60).
The PH DC does NOT, and it is embarassing for an otherwise excellent hotel.
