I think the website is screwy in general as of late. I have had issues now for the past 2 days when changing an award ticket on American... you can't skip seat assignments now and the site (using Chrome) just locks up. When you click on "Skip Seats" nothing happens, and when you change a reservation it won't let you "Skip Seats", and the seat map is blank with no ability to proceed. I also tried it in IE and it does the same.
