I'm happily accumulating the 1.5 points/dollar on an AMEX (nothing) green card, get the occasional AMEX (w@nker) Platinum invitation (well, 2 in as many years) and ignored them, but have never received the AMEX (scum) gold invitation. I'm miffed - especially since Mrs og doesn't have an AMEX but seems to get a (scum) gold invitation every few months. Please explain AMEX.
