amanera is better value than amanyara for private pool, could see about confirmed upgrade

IIRC least expensive of the new contemporary villas at FS nevis was a little higher
could check with FS anguilla and see if they would discount beachfront villa for using 1BR

edit - great point from katesy, FS is great with kids, some here find aman great with kids too
i dont think that many in caribbean restrict kids, but st barts for example can be different without
although some like FS have adult pools, might use them more when staying without kids
