Sorted everything with AP. I must say, impressed with the way they took care of the issue, they were extremely polite and assured me right from the start that I don't have to worry, they'll fix it for me.
Apparently, it was a glitch in the TK ticketing system that bumped/cancelled? the IST-LHR flight and this in turn cascaded cancellations to the two ingress flights to IST from BKK (via SIN).
Anyways, they re-booked. Probably because the X class was not available anymore, all of us (family of four) got moved to I class on the IST-LHR sector. They also upgraded all of us on another sector.
Lesson learned, need to always keep an eye on the award itinerary to avoid a nasty surprise close to departure.

I have the ticket number and all the PNRs.
Saudia website shows the proper booked itinerary when I enter my ticket number. However, AC website is missing the BKK-LHR section, and TK website says that the booking has been cancelled.
On hold with AP for the last 53 minutes (and counting) to talk to an agent. Will report back what they say.
