I have the ticket number and all the PNRs.
Saudia website shows the proper booked itinerary when I enter my ticket number. However, AC website is missing the BKK-LHR section, and TK website says that the booking has been cancelled.
On hold with AP for the last 53 minutes (and counting) to talk to an agent. Will report back what they say.

Is the "broken" itinerary on Air Canada's website, or on the Turkish/Singapore?
If the itinerary is broken on Air Canada's website, then that's a problem that needs to get resolved ASAP - just because you have valid tickets/coupons doesn't mean you can fly. You need a valid PNR.
If the itinerary is broken on Turkish/Singapore website, but is fine on the Air Canada website, I wouldn't worry too much. Partner carriers tend to not show complete PNR information.
