Based on earlier posts in this forum, I was a bit apprehensive, but I had two very pleasant stays recently at this hotel. Also, knowing that taxi drivers may be unfamiliar with the hotel's location, the hotel emailed me a map with driving instructions and a phone number for me to provide to the taxi driver.

Based on the hotel map on the Hilton app after online check-in, this hotel has only one suite and two junior suites. Hence, Diamond upgrades could be elusive. Service was very good. My one minor quibble is that breakfast could be better. We ended up going out for dimsum instead.

Location is excellent - close walking proximity to Nathan Road and the night markets.
