This is not a correct phrasing. You do not get the Diamond benefits "on a case by case basis". You get the Diamond benefits, period. Some of those benefits may be on conditional terms - such as upgrades at the property's availability or discretion. But that is part of the Diamond benefits package. The Diamond benefits that are guaranteed will always be delivered.
