Last Autumn I flew MLA - LGW. I had the misfortune to witness one of the worst ever DYKWIA on-board. She was NOT in 1A and 1C and was very rude and demanding to the ground agent and FA and insisted she and her partner should have front row seats. Passengers in 1A and 1C graciously gave up their seats.
