FAs are within their rights to refuse serving alcohol (paid or complementary) if the passenger seems to have enough.

In the real life scenario, the police in fact escorts the troubled passenger first from the plane before everyone can deplane. No police will wait outside for the the troubled passenger to come out.

What exactly do you wish?

Best case scenario - let's say Oscar personally looks into this for you, and the FA is found fault. The best UA can do is to terminate the FA and issue an ETC (nowhere close the price you paid) as an apology.

Most of the case scenario - UA apologizes generically and issues an ETC (nowhere close the price you paid).

This is the reality. And it is as real as it gets. If this is what you are looking for. You feel free talking to a lawyer.
