I'm looking at booking a trip to Asia and the only routing I can find with OP availability has me connecting in Tokyo, but into HND and out of NRT. A few questions:

1. If you're in J (specifically OP), does Delta provide complimentary transfer between the airports?
2. The connection is a hair under 4 hours; this strikes me as rather short for a connection that includes a change of airports. It's being sold as a single ticket so there's not any financial risk of missing the connection -- only the inconvenience. Any experience here transferring from HND to NRT and how much time one should allow for a connection?
