Sorry I see the plat as the DYKWIA - otherwise the plat would have said "sorry, I did not see you" - having not done so makes him in the wrong
I got the impression from reading the story that the Plat (OP) was waiting in the correct line and the GM just waltzed up to the agent, cutting in front of the OP (and anyone else in line).
