Quick update: Called the GS desk and they brought the MP CS on line and she spent the next 45 minutes researching on the ticket and in the end manually adjusted both the PQD and Award miles in my account. I just hope that the manually adjusted PQD will count towards the 2018 GS qualification as I am going to be tight on the PQD
