And sadly, I'm on the phone with AC Res and the agent had no clue what I was asking for and so she had to do the exercise of using the website to see what I see and what is missing. I'm wasting my time and Air Canada's (apologies to those of you waiting in line). While the agent was pleasant enough, it took her quite some time to understand what I was telling her.
Of course, I checked EF for the code and the fare conditions, but it should always be available directly from Air Canada.
BTW, it matters because on some of my tickets, I noticed that the cancel fee shown on the summary info AC lists on the booking page, does not match the cancel amount shown on the Fare Rules page.
