Coming back we had been seperated by two single separate travellers. Plain stupid. Fortunately they were kind enough to move. I spoke to BA when I got back and said look, it's not like you caused me a major problem and i'm not looking for compensation but I did say that I didn't feel they had treated me as well as they should have as a club passenger with 4 of us, in total, on the flight. I did expect a gesture but nothing. Disappointed with their attitude and they seem to be trying to do a Ryanair, 10 years too late. Strange co-incidence as I also mentioned 'mean sprited' to them as they wouldn't allow my two grown up kids into the club lounge (I tried to book them club but not enough space) that's obviously not BA's problem but I thought it was a bit mean to save having to give out two coffees and a danish. I will book 5 more business class seats this year out of my pocket and it's left a bit of a bad taste so we'll see.
In the meantime I travelled J from Athens on A3 with a choice of breakfast items(2 different mains), multiple types of freshly baked bread, pre departure drinks in glass glasses, newspaper, and fresh towels distributed twice, and 4 different wines poured from proper bottles and the service attitude that Ba will find hard to beat in F.
