Beyond geographic mileage, the marketing dynamics and competitive landscape of YYZ-YVR & JFK-LAX are very different. If AA is re-inventing itself to upgrade the travel experience, then why isn't complementary meal service being added on YYZ-LAX which is also a Transcontinental service?
