Churchill is next to the park and arch and closer walking distance many tourist locations than Andaz Liverpool which was in east side of town near financial. This Andaz is less attractive than many other locations like Amsterdam, Tokyo, Shanghai or NY. Also, as other said above room at Andaz is smaller and in odd shape. Andaz has no lounge, breakfast in restaurant is average... IME, Churchill is a superior choice over Andaz for leisure unless you come here often and like to try out everything
And the HR Churchill lounge has those little bottles of beer in the fridge 24/7. Can't put a price on that can you?
