The business class Pier is the best, followed by the Qantas business class lounge. You have access to both of those with your business class boarding pass.
Three hours is plenty of time - about two clear hours of lounge time. If your inbound is late, or you don't feel like walking, any CX lounge, or the QF lounge are fine.
